Hi Michelle and Staff I am absolutely blown away, from the time I emailed and picked the key to be engraved one week out from my sons 21st Birthday (because in the end, I couldn't find anything suitable until I stumbled across giftguru) All my questions, was answered promptly and the service was always courteous and friendly. I live in Auckland, everything was all done promptly and I felt I received the following: Great Service with a smile (I can tell by the tone) On going guidance and advice I received it in Auckland 2 days before my sons birthday (my fault for leaving it late) but all ends well I transferred the amount, which I thought may cover the engraving and I was given back a refund Michelle, if you can put up the photo of the engraved Keyed next to my accolade - It would be fabulous. Yes, you can certainly let people know that it was good being able to contact a business where a person was willing to go out of their way to help.Being so far away from Whangarei over here in Perth our thoughts were to make sure our Father/Father in law would receive a basket of flowers and goodies and a card to brighten his day.It`s a worry when a family member undergoes surgery and is in hospital and even worse when you can`t just go to the hospital to be there to support them.People like you restore my faith in human nature.Thankyou for delivering the basket and brightening up which was probably the worst day in my Father in laws life.That personal touch is what a business should be all about and money just can`t buy it.Thankyou very much."
